I was at this pool twice this summer. The first time my autistic 14 yr old son (pictured) went into the women's bathroom on accident. Manager approached me told me it wasn’t a problem but I needed to go with him. I explained he’s special needs and that I would watch and try to direct him to the mens. Today when we went he went to go in the womens and I redirected him to the mens and this same woman went and sent a male lifeguard in there With my son. I was in the pool with my toddler, but didn’t stay much longer as I felt discriminated against and targeted. Do not take your special needs children here. We never have issues at pirates cove but they were not open today. I will never go here again and that woman should be FIRED! I see many other reviews with special needs children stating some of these same issues. I can’t believe the owners allow this behavior, sooner or later a lawsuit will happen I know I left mad enough for one.

This pool discriminated against my friends daughter who has autism they were incredibly rude and we’re not understanding of the fact that she didn’t understand what they meant by adult swim even though she was in the baby pool one lifeguard was understanding about it and let her stay in the pool while the other one went over to my friend to harass her about her daughter in the baby pool during adult swim even though she was in water that was a foot deep and wasn’t bothering anyone when my friend asked to speak to the manager after being yelled at by the female lifeguard on duty the manager proceeded to yell as well and refused a refund even though they had just gotten there and wasn’t even in the baby pool for that long like less than a ten minute span of time

Not a place to visit if you have disabled children. Saw a couple that got yelled at by manager and life guard cause they was struggling kidding there autistic child out of thr shallow area. When it became 18+ swim only. The employees was rude and not understanding at all. I would of gave this place zero stars. I won't be going back there founding a place this miss treats people over disabilities.

I was discriminated against today, by a life guard. It was adult swim and my autistic daughter jumped in the pool I tried to get her out but sometimes she can be a bit much there was a male life guard righ by us and understood I was trying. A female life guard then approached and said she wasn’t allowed in at the time. I explained she was autistic and that my spouse was on his way to come help. She then discriminated by pressing the matter further about her being in the pool. The male guard then told her to leave it alone and she walked away. When I tried to tell this to management he seemed like he could care less and refused a refund. He spoke in a condescending tone, decided to tell me that I was mentally unstable, and refused to rectify the situation in any manner.

Yes
Opened on limited hours. Not enough life guards right now
$4.00 for adults and kids. Don't know if price change for senior or kids under 3
$3.00 per person all ages
No I believe when we called they said they were closed for the season starting the 11th or 12th
Yeah
It's a lot better than Pirates Cove. This is the best pool in town. It has a concession stand and the lifeguards are very nice
Normally you have to go to the pool, sign up, and pay. But I'm not sure if there open for the season yet.
