I scheduled a service appointment for my F-Pace with Jaguar Sudbury with valet pick up of the vehicle on September 24th 2021. I was told that my car will be picked up around 12-1pm. I had to make accommodations to be at home and waited all day for someone to come in but nobody ever showed up. No phone calls either to reschedule or cancel the appointment. I tried to call the following day, was placed on hold after talking to someone and eventually sent to a voicemail. I left a detailed message, but nobody called me back. I had a similar issue with them during my previous service appointment last year when nobody showed up for a scheduled pick up and it took me several phone calls to reschedule the appointment. Unacceptably poor service from a luxury car brand.
