My wife and daughter both tested positive for Covid. I woke sick this morning. I call Health Pavilion North. They refused to test me for Covid when they found out I was Vaccinated. I am very disturbed. I am a patient of Cape Fear Hospital system. Why was I rejected. The lady told me to take Tylenol and rest. Is this the professional way to treat someone. I hope this becomes an official complaint. You have my contact information.

I went last week for testing at Health Pavilion and there is no covid19 testing available at this facility.
Dr. Nazir and Dr. Pasam we also have 2 nurse practitioners Ms. Evans and Ms.Blalock
