I ordered the " premium Cotton Candy bouquet" and I know images are only illustrative but let's be honest, does those two bouquets look at list similar? NO! They don't even have the same flowers. The website also is a little confusing to order but when I called the place the attendant was very helpful and for that I gave 2 stars.The picture on the website shows a one-sided arrangement. Also, the flowers shown are the miniature varieties which have multiple heads that are smaller. We used the Full sized flowers with larger heads and have the same monetary value. The website also has this written in the ordering info section: Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
