The girls behind counter are way over booking. Took mother there for a 4:10 appointment and she was finally seen at 5:00. I could have worked til 4 if known it was like that. I guess they don't realize other folks have stuff going on other that coming to the doctors office. Girls behind counter will push you out at 5:20 cause they need to pick there kids up from daycare. FRUSTRATING 🤬

Efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and courteous practice! I had to unfortunately visit while on vacation and the receptionist asked if I had errands to run bc they were backed up at the moment but I said I didn’t mind waiting. I thought it would be an hour or more because this is what I’m used to at home but I was seen within 15 minutes! I saw Dr. Blair who was thorough, kind, and explained everything to me. Follow up instructions were clear and I feel truly cared. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in the area or visiting from out of town. Thank you for your care Island Family Medicine!

We had an amazing experience here. The front desk was absolutely incredible and very attentive. The doctor was so kindhearted and caring. From start to finish, we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Absolutely recommend this office to anyone and everyone.
