Love this store but Bela in the restaurant is an absolute dream. She’s fun, kind and full of great suggestions. She made my visit and time there so special. Thank you Bela!

Overly saturated by tourists, like myself, but I'm sure ya'll know that already. Be prepared to cash out for parking and anything else on that pier, this is no bargain trip by any means.

I just came here to see the sea lions. Despite being told that you don't hear them before you see them, they were almost impossible to find, as there is no signage pointing you in the right direction. What you do is walk all the way back through the tourist trap (you'll know you're all the way at the back when you pass the red heart sculpture, and walk down the stairs. The San Francisco Bay will be in front of you) turn left, and round the bend. There will undoubtedly be a crowd of people there and you will see them before you see the sea lions. Nudge your way to the front or side of that crowd, look over the railings and they'll be right there. They're so fat and feisty and they are an absolute riot! Definitely not to be missed.
