I was in an accident July of 2021 and immediately after I got in touch with Speaks law firm and they set me up with a case team and an attorney! The case may have taken a while but I was in therapy for a while after but as soon as it all wrapped up it went so fast! Jeff Watson was absolutely incredible with the negotiating and made sure he got me the most money he could for my accident! I couldn’t be more thankful for Me Watson and the crew at Soeaks law firm! I highly recommend going to them for any needs!🙏🏼

You need to respond to the allegations in the divorce. You might also file a cross-petition. Talk with your divorce attorney about the timing requirements. You don’t want to fail to respond, which could lead to a default divorce. In your response, you can also request custody of your children and spousal support, if necessary. Couples can certainly divorce without an attorney, but a lawyer will help you better understand your rights.
