If it's your mail carrier, go to to your local PO with your complaint. That's what my PO told me to do and it was handled immediately. Hope this works for you too.

We did not get any mail until yesterday and all the carriers were out by then. We only took what we had. Pls bear with us we r trying to catch up now, u should begin to see mail coming in.
We went back today u should have gotten mail unless your street was flooded
