It took a little doing, but once everything was in place and the proper documentation was faxed over to the DMV from the Marion County Treasurer things went very smooth.

I typically avoid Marion County dmv as a while because of the staff that used to be there so this staff that's new to me were a breath of fresh professionalism

As a smaller DMV, they have limits, they informed me of everything as a new dealer in their office. They also went beyond to help me out as they weren't busy, being kindto them, and talking to them. Thank you, I'll have it all ready next time.
