There are a bunch of stores in the plaza. It does look a little run down but not terrible.

Best place to go for wine or liquor in Binghamton area... the staff is so helpful and very patient... great selection is a huge plus...

It's a bit rundown even though it's a prime location. Grandes, the label shop, and Northgate liquor are the only reasons to go there. I gave it 5 stars because grandes has the best pizza and Northgate liquor has the best selection of 375ml bottles. While I'm getting pizza I see a ton of women coming out of the label shop. I only assume it's popular.
