Truly, I think it's more confronting the reputation that a lot of, shall we say, overweight or out of shape, disabled, injured, elderly people, believe about gyms so they avoid going to them. They think they will be judged, put down, embarrassed by the 'super-fit,' muscle-bound type so they don't join gyms. If they know that Planet Fitness won't allow that (even if it isn't actually true in gyms), all of these people will feel safe enough to join.

You don't get a personal trainer you get a kiss who writes down a routine for you or you can have him time time they circuit training not a great service there but the gym and tanning it's great can't beat it

I doubt it. They're individual franchises, and they already have Medford and Grants Pass. The good thing: they're open 24 hours most days, so you can squeeze it in when you can even if it takes a minute. Note that the cheap membership, around $10 only works at your home club. The upgraded one includes their spa facilities and works at any club. If you're a senior, your Medicare supplement insurance make cover the premiums 100%. Mine does.

Not sure directly. However, my Medicare advantage plan (Regence) pays 100% of the membership fee. Really, the "basic" membership is only $10/mo. Doesn't include the spa stuff, but most members seldom use it anyway. Good luck with whatever you decide. It has changed my life.
