I've been here before and I have never had anything harsh to say about this particular store, before today. Typically the employees are very kind and I leave with a smile on my face, however today was different. As soon as I got into my car, I began to cry. Two of the ladies at the front of this store had talked down to me, after I had tried to explain I paid for something online through the UPS website. They were rude and spoke to me like I was a child, they thought I didn't understand what they were explaining and in turn, spoke to me in a way that was hurtful and unnecessary. After explaining and showing them the process I went through on the website, the ladies finally understood and helped me with my package. As I was leaving the store, I could hear them whispering about me. No place of business should make their customer feel unwanted and disrespcted in the way they both just made me feel. I will no longer be returning to this store, as I'd rather drive the hour to Kalispell where I won't be treated as someone so far beneath the employees. I could not imagine having a personal customer of my own feel this way after leaving my place of business. I'd offer 0 stars if I could, sadly that isn't an option.

The owners and all the staff are always so helpful. They point out the best ways to ship for me…I get quick service even when they are so busy! And always a great conversation with that Pete fellow. They go over and beyond

The owner, Patty, and her husband helped me out with a mistake that I made. I didn’t even say anything, but she knew that it was a costly error, and they really helped me out. My reply to them sums it up: Dear Patty, I can’t thank you enough for what you have done. It almost made me cry yesterday. In the middle of a stressful day, trying to update our menu, and my making a huge mistake, your kindness and going above and beyond was quite incredible. You all have my business for sure, and I’ve already told a few friends. Whitefish used to be like this, with everyone helping each other, and you have given me a renewed hope in our community.
