I bought a Apple Watch today. The problem is when I try to turn it on, It always let me charge even I it was charged for 1 hour. I want to return it and the only thing cashier told me is money back or gift card,can’t do exchange. The manager is called Brandon even not Responsible or say any sorry about that. I’m very disappointed with him and I think this target is wasting my time for a whole afternoon. Don’t be there and guest service is not good. Money return is not included bag fee.

Simple purchase gone wrong. Item was missing an accessory that it came with, which is also sold separately in a two pack. The packaging was damaged, but I was willing to pay for half of the regularly priced accessory. I was offered 20% off, which didn’t equate to the cost of the missing accessory. I was then told that he would just throw it away if I didn’t buy it. I let him know that I was in the store the prior day, and that they put the “defective” item back on the floor. I asked for a manager, the manager said that they usually give 30% off of damaged product, undercutting the associate’s offer of 20%. The manager immediately walked away, and wasn’t accommodating at all. This is hands down the worst target I’ve ever been to! I’m new to the area, but will drive farther to other targets. The staff isn’t well trained, and not a good reflection of the community.

Lines are down the main aisle. Only 3 check stands open. No help in sight. Utterly ridiculous. The worse target by far. All available help should be up front to get the paying customers out. Horrible customer service.

I always love going to Target and for shopping. Very nicely maintained all the time. Clean and looks beautiful. Always the best customer service and I love the things in there. Always best quality products to buy. Would recommend!
