I feel like this Starbuck’s always has problems—especially with mobile orders. Today I ordered A Salted Caramel Cold Brew. When I arrived to pick it up, they said they had no cold brew. Since I ordered on the app and paid for it, they couldn’t really refund me for it, so they made me an Americano with the cream topping. Another time, their floor was wet, no signs were posted, I walked in, slipped on a spill and ended up on the floor—not one employee noticed, but half the customers did, and they swarmed to help me. Another time, my order got completely lost on the mobile app. When I visit my favorite store in Cbus, the are are so on it! Correct order every time!

Great customer service, the ladies always go out of their way to be nice, give compliments, handle my complicated orders, and one time I was crying and they comped my order. I appreciate nice people and great customer service!
