I have dark hairs on my upper lip, but most hairs for removal are light. I read some lasers can't get the light hairs. Can you remove light and dark?

We have 2 different laser machines for hair removal. One for dark hair, one for blonde or light brown hair. Laser hair removal won't work for grey hair.
