Disclaimer; this review is not based on a single visit! We pass by this Hardee's fairly often so we have stopped by quite a bit. If I was just going to rate the food, it would be 4.5/5, the food is almost ALWAYS fantastic, especially the fries. We actually stop by just for fries sometimes because... yum! So why did you give them 3 stars, you ask? Well let me tell you... it was a dark and stormy night... actually it's pretty much any night, every time we stop by later in the evening, the service is lacking. It could be a coincidence but we've been going there for a while so I don't know. The later it gets, the more we have problems with our order and the more attitude we get when we ask the person at the window to please fix it. On one occasion I heard my husband ask for a drink with no ice but at the window, the lady gave him one with ice. When he awkwardly but politely pointed it out, she refused saying he never said that! We had so many issues with that lady and her attitude, we stopped going in the evening. Don't get me wrong, we'll try going in the evening again but not for a while. And service during the day is generally very good. Unfortunately, we won't be going as often because the prices seem to have increased. 2 regular meals (1 upsized), 1 kid's meal, and a couple pies (lemon/blueberry... I'm going to drool on my phone, they are so good) ended up costing us close to $40. We can't afford that. Hardee's has always been a little pricier than other fast food restaurants because their food is pretty high quality but this last visit was something else. Hopefully, the prices come back down so I can comfortably give a higher review. This review is from late April 2022. PS, if you want a roast beef sandwich, buy the "big roast beef" because the bun is different on the regular roast beef sandwiches and gets soggy reeeeeeeally fast. #NoSoggyBuns, you're welcome

We arrived an hour before they were supposed to close and there was Noone inside the store . They employees were outside smoking Marijuana in a van. I drove 75 miles fore a Frisco burger and was pretty disappointed.

Always great (HUGE) burgers, ham and cheese, fries, and special deals ($5 meal?) are available for purchase here. The staff is usually friendly, the drive-thru is averagely quick, but everything always tastes great! MONSTER BURGER is a beast to be tamed, but always tasty and hits the spot! A huge selection of items to choose from, including spun shakes and great breakfast items! You'd do well to stop in and have a great meal!

UPDATE - Son got us lunch from Hardee's. Got us the Mushroom 'n Swiss meals. WHY DO I THINK THEY WILL EVER GO BACK TO HOW THEY WERE???? Does anyone remember when this burger was full of mushrooms and sauce? When you picked it up the sauce would just drip off you hands?? When the cheese was melted?? And it was DELICIOUS???? I miss those days! **Look at the pic of this burger I got the other day. Disgusting! C'MON HARDEE'S!!!! WHAT HAPPENED???? ------ Their food has gone downhill so far, nothing would help them. They're first mistake was changing their burger! The ham had a funky taste. Rolls were dry. The inside was filthy. Tables & floors were not kept up. Will not waste my time again. Highly NOT recommended!!
