We hiked the loop that starts behind the visitor center. It's 4 miles give or take. First half uphill not too strenuous. Second half downhill. All forest with many Rock formations near the peak of the hike. Good exercise.

Though we went when some road were impassable due to a downed tree, the view was amazing. Even with the inclement weather it was certainly a site to see.

We camped in a camper-van and tent. Trailheads were walking distance from campsite. Perfect for us. Not crowded at all even though it was a holiday weekend. Flush toilets, no showers.

No, sorry
Its pretty windy anyway. Statepark regulations wont allow to stay there overnight, but there is a shelter near by
I think it's a little less than 4 miles up and back.
Yes
You can take a bus up the top for a fee or you can hike up. No reservation is needed to hike.
The visitors center is open daily until 5pm. I'm not sure about winter hours though, but when they say 5, they usually mean it.
