This was my first experience getting a blood test. I did my paper work online, which was a straightforward thing. I arrived early to a clean lab. Linda, the lab person who assisted me, was very professional and considerate. She answered my questions patiently, and I felt the most at ease I've felt in a long time with someone handling a needle, lol. I'll be going back to this location for sure for future blood work. 0 stars if I could. Be careful when scheduling an appointment first thing in the morning. My appointment was at 8:45 am and the office was closed. Apparently they are supposed to open at 8:30 am. Yes, this may be a rare occurrence however …Ms Howard, On behalf of our team, I apologize for this very frustrating inconvenience. Indeed, we had an unpredictable event this morning and were unable to open on time. However, we did call the one appt on our calendar. So there may be some additional confusion as to your appointment. I cannot identify a previous customer by the name on this google review & therefore I cannot contact you directly.
