I’m not very active on Google reviews but felt the need to leave feedback due to one employee. It was July 4th and I had just come back from a road trip. I was looking forward to introducing my boyfriend to Shake Shack for lunch. When we arrived, I greeted the cashier with, “hello, how are you?!” She scowled and said nothing in return. I looked around noticing there was no one else to be taken care of, as it was pretty slow. I made my order as it was very straightforward, 2 burgers and the most difficult order was cheese fries... I looked over at my boyfriend to see if I had said something wrong and he looked shocked at the interaction. It was awkward, I felt out of place and I didn’t understand why we weren’t being acknowledged with a simple hello, smile or response. When we had completed our order I said, “thank you so much,” again with no response, a scowl and a head nod. I felt like I was being a bother to this woman. All and all this was the second time this had happened to me at this location. It very well could have been the same cashier as it was months prior since I had visited. I was disappointed because this is not customer service. I can honestly say we have dined at many restaurants in Atlanta and this has never happened to us. The food is always wonderful here and I had the pleasure of being treated with kindness from another employee when I asked her for a side of condiments. (I was too worried the to ask the cashier because I imagined she may treat us yet again in a non-pleasant manner.) I’m not disappointed in this location but I am disappointed in this particular employee that is the front staff and customer service. As I waited for my order I saw she treated multiple customers with the same attitude. It was sad to see. To management, I hope this helps and things change in the future. I will be very disappointed if I return and greeted by a cashier with a similar attitude.

A little pricey, but I was pleasantly surprised. The burger had the crispy edges i love and the bun was warm and sweet. The fries were good as well, just a little salty. And the staff was very attentive and friendly.

Really good food. Nice spot for all ages. Indoor and rooftop seating with heat lamps. Shakes are delicious.

First time at shake shack and I’m still waiting for my food. Worst experience ever. 50min until they said they lost our order after asking multiple times if they had my order. Asked for a manager, had to ask 10 different people before they got a manager. I requested a refund, and then it took 15min to get refund. I taught the manager was going to be helpful, I told her in a friendly voice that it was my first time at shake shake, she barely apologized, I didn’t need an apology, but since she gave one at least sound apologetic, she then walked away, I asked if we could keep the food, she sad no. Worst manager ever. Who does this? after fhe restaurant messing up your order for 50min would not let you keep your food. This location does not care about your customer experience just your money. Stay away from this location. Another person behind us had the same experience and asked for a refund. I filled a complaint with corporate that’s how bad it was….

That is correct. Prices can vary by location and State. You can check Uber Eats or one of the other delivery places.
Customers do not need proof of vaccination to dine at Shake Shack.

We only charge a 99 cents delivery fee on orders placed through our App or Web – and if your order is over $35, we’re happy to wave it! Please note that we also charge a small basket fee for orders $12 & under.
We sure do! Shake Shack offers delivery for App & Web orders from most of our Shacks! We’re also available for delivery on third party delivery platforms like Grubhub, Uber Eats, Postmates, Door Dash and Caviar.

We’ll gladly accommodate a gluten-free diet at each Shake Shack upon request. Just ask the Shack team for assistance and they’ll be happy to help. Here are a few suggestions for anyone with a gluten allergy: • Any burger can be ordered with a lettuce wrap, and most of our US Shacks offer gluten-free buns. Flat-top dogs can also be ordered with a lettuce wrap. • Our ‘Shroom Burger contains breadcrumbs, so it should be avoided. • Please do not order our fries. The oils in our fryers are filtered through the same equipment as our ‘Shroom Burgers. • Frozen custard should be ordered without the cone, and make sure to double-check the ingredients of the “Seasonal Shakes” with our cashier before ordering.

While app promo codes can only be redeemed through the Shack App, we’re happy to redeem gift cards and eGift cards for in-person orders (excluding Shake Shacks located in stadiums, airports and international locations).

Ain’t no party like a Shake Shack party! We don’t have an official catering program, but if you email us with a few details we’ll connect you with a nearby Shack to see what we can do. If you’re in the greater tri-state area, you should consider booking our Food Truck for your event!
App orders can be cancelled up to 30 minutes before the designated pick up time. Orders placed for ASAP pick up cannot be cancelled once submitted.

Our ‘Shroom Burger is a great meatless option, featuring a crisp-fried portobello mushroom stuffed with gruyere and cheddar cheese and topped with lettuce, tomatoes and ShackSauce. We’re also testing a new Veggie Shack at select locations. The Veggie Shack can also be made vegan if requested!
Unfortunately, many of our hot food items contain soy. Based on your allergy, you should not consume our fries, cheese, Shack Sauce or the ‘Shroom Burger. You should be able to enjoy most of our shakes and custards worry-free, though! For complete information on the items that contain soy, please reference our Allergen Information page before visiting.

I believe they aren't doing this anymore since people were complaing about the shakes melting, just my thought though
