Lol, I can’t believe there are reviews on a courthouse. Of course there are going to be negative reviews as people are going through hard and emotional times if they’re in a court situation. Anyway, the family self help center and it’s employees are top notch! If I could give these helpful and understanding people 10 stars I would. The only problem is extreme lack of staff (you can thank San Benitos lack of budget for that.) Even with the lack of staff, the employees do the best they can and it shows!

Good luck,... Is it probation or you haven't been convicted yet? Probation is difficult to get transferred... Once I eventually got mine transferred to San Francisco..... I was able to finish probation... Left in san burrito County... Almost impossible, testing sometimes 3xs a week, must pay off your fine completely to get off... San Francisco squashed my 5000 dollar fine for 200 bucks.. And were much more reasonable... Ask your lawyer... If you have a public defeder in san burrito... You may as well represent yourself... And always just go through the motions... Run you through their unfair, kangaroo court.... San Francisco public defense was amazing, actually was interested in my case fought for me and proved my innocence... You will not get that in hollister... So I agree... Yes you need to transfer your case.... Well they let you? Idk... They rely on money from the state for people in jail and probation fines etc... They may not let you... But i hope they do... Good luck
