I like Big Lots for a quick grab and go. I see this store improving. Their prices are up like KMart though. If they don't watch it they may end up like them. IJS

Didn't find what I went in looking for. Store was well organized. Staff did not acknowledge us when we came in or while in the store.

We bought a sectional and a bookshelf here. Although we like our purchases and think they were a good price, the customer service was very lacking. Nobody was around to help and the people who did eventually help us seemed very confused and untrained. We also called before going there to make sure what we wanted to buy was available, but waited on hold for 20 minutes before they eventually just hung up the phone before I ever talked to anybody. There was a supervisor or manager there, though, that eventually realized we weren't being helped and he was nice to work with. Overall, I was happy with the prices at this store, but the employees left a lot to be desired. The one manager guy in furniture, though, was great.
