Never have I lived somewhere so cramped and overpriced. $1,748 a month is not worth what you're getting in these apartments. No visitor/uncovered parking, no central AC/Heat, very poorly insulated walls and windows, extremely small space for furniture, no space for storage, having to pay $3.50 for for each load of laundry, little to no response from maintenance, and a newly enforced "no pets" rule. If you want somewhere to park you either have to get lucky and parallel park on the open busy road, or on a residential street around the block, where neighbors will call the police to ticket your car for sitting in front of their house. There isn't even an option for disabled parking if you have a disabled family member coming to visit. If your have things you'd like to store, you're out of luck. The gigantic deck is apparently supposed to have nothing but outdoor furniture or they'll fine you. Seriously...they sent out a massive letter threatening to fine people $50 extra on their rent if they saw anything but furniture in the deck/patio. The summer's and winter's are unbearable. The walls and widows will let any weather inside the apartment. So you're either freezing in the winter because there's no central heat, or melting in summer because the only AC unit is in the living room (and using the AC unit skyrocket's your PG&E bill). If you need help from maintenance, feel free to send in 3-5 requests for help before they do anything to come help you. We had 3 outlets in the kitchen that didn't work, and it took ONE WHOLE YEAR of sending requests to get anything fixed. Also there's a huge wasp problem on the premises, and maintenance won't even stop by to take down the massive nests near or around your unit. Don't sell yourself short on the newly refurshibed bullcrap. It's all a façade for the really terrible living environment it really is. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.

I remember these apartments when they were called Woodside Gardens. It sure looks like they cleaned up the place since then. I use to spend a lot Friday nights there lol.

I like this place because the manager gives out cookies and really nice to me.
