Whenever I had called to let the staff know I was there for my order, the employee who answered the phone was kind of rude. However I overlooked that due to getting curbside service and was willing to chalk it up to me arriving 5 minutes early.

Marinara sauce was rancid. Upon calling to management her attitude was very off-putting as she basically accused me of lying because she said that there were no other complaints except for mine. The BBQ boneless wings had no sauce on them. Our total order was more than $85 including the tip. This was a very disappointing experience however the pizza was ok.

Website needs updated correctly. It stated that there was an 80-90 minute wait for carry out and also an 80-90 minute wait for delivery. The delivery time was correct, but the carry out time was incorrect. I almost ordered from one of your competitors, but called the store instead and then the time was corrected on the site. You need better consistency.
