The only dental place I've ever felt comfortable at. I walked in I was able to be seen right away! They are extremely personable and they get the job done! They work with the patient. And office is up to date, clean, bright! Overall I great experience and I recommend them!!!! Unfortunately I have a much different opinion then I had 3 years ago . Today's experience was terrible .The front desk person was on the phone ignoring the patients walking in , rude! And the wait time was ridiculous. 2+ hours behind ? ! I felt like I was at a clinic ! They are over booking and in doing so losing what once made them better then others

This was my first time going to this dentist and I felt super disappointed. I arrived 10 minute prior to my appt this evening that was scheduled for 5pm. They didn’t call my name until 5:36pm. Then I waited another 15 minutes in the exam room until the lady came back to do my X-rays. That’s when she told me they were short staffed. If I would have known that when I had arrived, I would’ve like them to reschedule my appointment so I wouldn’t have had to wait so long. I felt like they really rushed cleaning my teeth and this was definitely the most negative experience they I’ve ever had going to the dentist.

Had such a great experience here! The Staff is very friendly. Klementina did a great job on my fillings. I would definitely recommend this office to friends/ family.🥰
