Updating review. Had a scathing review many months ago, but management has tried improving on shortcomings. Lived here for 1+ year/s. 1. Maintenance is prompt at replying. 2. For the most part, all staff are professional and friendly. 3. Sometimes management take their residents seriously... In the beginning they called to rectify problems. Recent occasions were lackluster replies... but they generally still try to fix problems. *4. The BIGGEST turn-off for living here is noise. The back of the apartments border a train track. The surrounding area is business oriented, with warehouses and industrious equipment (not bothersome). Sometimes you may hear that, as well. Garbage truck can come as early as 6am in the morning, weekend included. Most neighbors are quiet, the few that aren't are absolutely classless and belong to the streets. Literally blasting music from their apartment or hip hop from their car, drinking in the street, arguing/screaming from their balcony. It's amazing how some of these characters live in such a unperturbed, quiet place like Livermore. Last ongoing noise problem: from maintenance. They blast folkorico music when emptying out apartments. It's purposely obnoxiously loud and the staff need to be talked to. Please let me know if you'd like for me to purchase headphones for you guys if it means consideration for others. If anything THESE are reasons why you shouldn't live here. 5. Small/fair con depending on your budget: every utility is charged from trash to water to electricity, etc. 6. Gym and pool included, though by appointment only due to Covid. 7. Parking is bad if you don't have a spot, but there's plenty of parking at the adjacent train station. Warning that if you park in the condo residential area, the cops are jerks and will ticket your car next to nearly hidden fire hydrants.

I had a tour of the apartment complex and it was really nice, I can’t wait to move in! The ladies in the office were super friendly and answered all my questions and made me super confident to move here!

This place is amazing, love how close the train is perfect for commuting to work. Everything is conveniently located with in a few minutes of the community for all your shopping needs. Cindy the Manager and Alina the assistant manager are always a pleasure to speak with going above and beyond to help us. Making Ageno a wonderful place to live.

Yesterday evening my husband confirmed a viewing for a 2 bedroom with Kayla for this afternoon. After driving 1 hour to see the apartment she informed us upon arrival that 2 bedroom is not available. That is the only reason we drove to view this property in the first place. Being it was confirmed a day prior it would have been nice to receive a call and let us know the apartment we agreed to view was no longer available. Instead of waiting for us to get there and push a 1 bedroom on us upon arrival. Our time was wasted and we received no communication.
