The staff are very helpful, and if they can't answer your question about the baked goods, they'll go directly to the bakers for the answer. The bakers are very innovative...almost every week there are new items to try out. There are a number of sugar free baked goods available, as well as gluten free brownies (which are not sugar free). There's also a lot of seasonal items available.

Love their donuts. My wife loves "Long John's" and I love powdered custard. Very good, but a little pricey. Very high quality.

Lived in Hamilton 20 years and have never had a cake from this establishment. I must say that was a BIG mistake. The cake was spectacular in design and the taste was phenomenal. Will definitely use for any other bakery needs.
