Summit is absolutely an amazing restaurant to get breakfast at. The servers are kind and the breakfast food it well priced and tastes great.

Friendly staff and the menu has a great variety to go for, I ordered the marinated chicken as an entrée and it came out fresh and well prepared. Only real complaint would be where this restaurant is located, especially during the night time although I do understand it is by the highway for good reasons.
