These guys are AMAZING! We were on our way to Shasta for our son's high school graduation party. 11 of us, in 5 cars, and my son's car was having trouble with the hills. We were in a hurry to make it to the marina by 5:00 before they closed, and it was going to be close. I called ahead, and found this rental company. By the time we got there, (only about 20 min, if that), they had the truck pulled around front and running, had the paperwork filled out. A quick walk around the truck, a couple of signatures and we were back on the road. We left our son's car in their lot for the week we were gone, and they watched it for us. I can't say enough about how helpful these guys were, and helped us to get through a tough afternoon. I would DEFINITELY use them again, and recommend them to friends and family. It is really hard to find great customer service, and these guys have it!

I have just returned from a long journey that was made more comfortable and enjoyable by renting a mini van from here. Josh is an impeccable employee and person. I forgot the other person's name and he knew of our rental as well. Absurd credentials for renting a vehicle that only apply in town. Have used this service several times in other states, but for some reason I cannot in my home town.
