Dr. Kevin Wallace, Dr. Martin Bronk and their staff treat patients very poorly. They make the patient wait every time 1 hour after their scheduled appointment to be seen and they don’t provide heads up or acceptable reasoning. They would just mention he’s busy. But they themselves provide only 15 minutes of grace time and then cancel your appointment. They also are not responsive for prescribed imaging. They’ll put the order but with a wrong code and you have to call them at least 5,6 times to correct the order. THE CARE IN HEALTHCARE IS MISSING AT THIS CLINIC! stay away

I am not happy with the clinic's office administration that does not listen to patients! I am allergic to fragrance. About a couple of months ago, I visited the clinic and had to use their sanitizer that has strong fragrance. I had an immediate headache after I applied to my hands. I asked the reception to tell the office that they should not use a sanitizer with strong fragrance, especially for patients who have severe allergy. I went to the clinic this morning and they still have not changed the product. I washed my hands well after I applied, however, the fragrance is so strong and it stays on my hands, and of course, I got an headache! How inconsiderate a medical office where patients with allergy for fragrance visit would even consider to purchase and force patients to use a sanitizer with strong fragrance? I don't get it. They need to listen to what patients concern!

Excellent Care. Nurses and Medical Assistants,Technicians as a as office staff are courteous and caring. I go to the Cardiology clinic and I am very grateful for the care that I receive
