This location is fantastic! Connie always exceeds our expectations, we drop our clothes off for the wash and fold and she always makes sure the clothes smell amazing and are folded perfectly. She is great!! Very happy customer, this location is now my go to!

We used this service for a few months. It was very good. But towards the end we were not happy. I would give two separate bags to wash . One hang dry only. We appreciate you updating your review describing why you felt so poorly of us. To start, I’d like to say this is the first time we are hearing of your dissatisfaction with us. Normally, when someone does not like the way something is done they contact us and ask us to change our methods. For months we have serviced you exactly the same, to your exact instructions, and have always received overwhelmingly positive feedback. If we were given the opportunity to fix something you were unhappy with I’m sure we would have done just that. To our knowledge, you were happy with the service we provided to you! We find it unfortunate to have to find out over a review online that you were dissatisfied in the end. No business can know how to change what you want unless they are told and we were not. As a small business, we thrive off of making sure each customer is satisfied. When able, we make corrections and adjustments as requested.
