Took my SUV in today for brake, and rotor replacement. Had the immense pleasure of dealing with Josh the manager. He is courteous and has a very professional demeanor. He doesn't try to upsell anything and his explanations are thorough. He pointed out how seriously worn my tires were....something I was aware of, but was putting off b/c I couldn't find a cheap set of the tires I needed anywhere. He found a decently priced set, and I agreed. He let me know exactly what to expect and the time it would take as they had to wait on tires to be brought in. When I drove off, my vehicle ran as smoothly as the first day I took it off the lot. I had to call him to let him know what a great job he and his staff had done. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Mavis Team! W.
