So there I was. Walked in looking like a disheveled mess after two days of skiing on rentals. I knew I couldn’t do that again. The guys at Willies - Eli, Carson and Zach are knowledgeable and helpful. They stayed late, fitted my husband and I and made sure we were happy with our purchase before we left. They made the experience fun. Can’t recommend Eli enough!

I am in the process of demo-ing skis at Willi's up at 7 Springs. So the situation is that for $50, I get to try a variety of skis over 5 or 6 hours. If I buy a pair, then Willi's will apply the money to the purchase price. I believe that they allow a customer to use two Demo-s. When I did my first demo, I left after 4 hours and they allowed me to finish out the time slot later in the week. That was really useful. They provided kindness and recommendations and thoughtfulness and allowing me to figure out the best skis for me skill set and comfort is truly a great value. ( FYI they need know your skill level , weight, height, and age to properly set the bindings. While waiting for a demo, I overheard another customer refuse to give that information. He left angrily but Willi's needs the info to comply with legal agreements and laws.)

I visited Willi’s recently to get my girls new ski equipment. When I went to pick up I was told there were no childrens ski poles available. Now, I realize this is a supply chain issue that most likely is out of Willi’s control, however, the way it was relayed to me was not helpful. I was not told any information when they would be receiving poles nor given any options. My girls are ready to go out tomorrow morning to start the season but I had to borrow poles from a friend and cut down old poles to fit my 8 year old. Not a big deal but wasn’t going to wait any longer on poles from Willi’s. Other than that, service was great.
