I brought my antique console stereo and record player to Galaxy Electronics, and they informed us about the length of time it would take to get repaired. Understanding that there was only one tech who has the specialized know-how to repair my treasured stereo, we agreed. Yes, the repair took longer than I would have liked; however, I am beyond happy with the work. Not only did the technician restore my treasured stereo, but he also took the time to explain the work to us. I am extremely pleased with the results, and I would not hesitate to bring my stereo or other electronic item there again!! Thank you, Galaxy Electronics!!

SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES, LOST TIME AND TROUBLE WITH GALAXY ELECTRONICS. THEY ARE A FONY BUSINESS THAT NEVER RETURNS A CALL. CAN'T FIX ANYTHING. THIS WOMAN IS A PROFESSIONAL LIAR. I called to make sure they had the experience to repair my Bose system. Of course "she" said. I brought in my Bose Lifestyle 12. A few months went by. No calls. I called to enquire about the repair. She said, we are waiting on parts. Ok, I let a few months go by. I called back. She said, Oh, let me check with the technician. Still never got a call back. Finally, I called to find the system had been repaired. Picked up the unit and brought it home. Didn't work. I called them. She answered. She said, they did change a part. I said, well it doesn't work. Ok, bring it back. So I brought it back. She promises to call but never does. My Bose system is still there and not repaired. It's been over a year. I'm sick of this woman and her technician. They are supposedly waiting on parts. I bet they are using my unit for spare parts by now. LEAVE THIS COMPANY ALONE. THEY ARE NO GOOD!
