First time here at Crossbuck and was very impressed. Crossbuck is part of WW Steak . Servers were very attentive and polite with us while very knowledgeable and communicative, regarding the menu and service. Food was very delicious and the variety of their own beers were tasty. Well worth the visit.

So kind of a long review but bear with me. We have been staying in Walla Walla every summer since 2015 for a week to end our summer vacation time. We are usually there with 2-3 couples and most of the time we rent a house, attend wineries during the day and then out to dinner at least a couple times while in town. The previous times we have eaten here the food and service were fine. This time not so much. The service was just plain bad. Our server was slow and rarely checked in on us. Food took almost an hour. I had to ask what was going on and when could we expect our food? When the meal came it was either under cooked or filled with a lot of fat. Mind you, we were ordering several bottles of wine at $180 a pop as well as expensive steaks and sides. The bill was none too cheap and yet there was no acknowledgment from our server to make sure we were okay with the time it was taking. She spent more time with a couple next to us and just chatting with them. We left letting the hostess know about our displeasure which I am sure never made it farther than that. Disappointed to say the least. Not sure we will be back. Hopefully the service and food improves.

Shoutout to Dawud who is awesome at everything he does. The watermelon martinis were amazing and the steak even better.

We were dressed casually after a day walking around town. I felt like casual to dressy would be fine there.
Oh yes!
Call and ask
Tax in our area is 8.9% so your bill must have been around $250, plus tax.
Yes they do, in the train car.
It's their way of saying you are tipping 20% regardless. I think it is bs. They should just change their prices and say that tipping is not accepted.
Yes you can!
