The minute clinic provider Katie needs to be more honest and caring about her patients. She always runs late and waist peoples time. If you know you can not do anything for the patient, please stop waisting their time along with the other patients who need to be seen. If cvs can not do anything for bronchitis or pneumonia you should post that loud and clear! I told her I had pneumonia. She acted like she could help and after she waisted a half hour in the room she said to me there is nothing she can do I have pneumonia. Thanks idiot! I told you that. Next time tell the patient to go to the urgent care or hospital when you clearly can’t do anything for them! And if she was an educated provider she would know my state insurance doesn’t work for urgent care which she insisted I go to! Morton hospital is the best! Took care of me right away. Don’t waist your time unless you have an ear ache or sinus issue. Find another minute clinic unless you like waiting and getting no help!

I can't say enough good things about the nurse practitioner that I saw this morning. Nurse Keith was thorough and informative and most of all she was very very kind to me.

Am really upset with the procedure held in the clinic. I still doubt whether the woman who treated me done her medicine or not!! More than human much part of the work has been done by the computer. I think no one probably would spend $129 for that kind of medical treatment. I suggest, to let that computer she operates be outside so that people can make their own treatment.
