This is an awesome place if you are a paranormal investigator or into the paranormal me and my mother are paranormal investigators and been to a lot of places including cemeteries late at night this place is definitely a must check out and is very haunted. I got a lot of flashlight play and EMF and noises I'm going back very soon with some new toys I got!! And the tour guides are awesome!!

We did a private investigation on 11/18. Both the staff and the building were awesome. It wasn't as active as we would have liked, but that happens everywhere. Hope to arrange investigation in the Spring. Wish it was closer to home in near Philadelphia

Went last night for a public investigation. We have been to other locations so this was not our first. It was a very interesting place to be. We did have some activity. However I really wish that when they do the beginning tour and they ask if this is the first time for anybody they would explain the rules of ghost investigation to them. Those of us who have done it understand then when you're walking through an empty facility you don't speak like you would normally speak anywhere else your sound carries your voice carries so when someone's on the other side of the building they don't know if they're getting activity or if they're hiring somebody on the other side of the hallway. Also it's common courtesy if you walk into a room and there's other investigators in there and there's no real place for you to go then you leave. If there's a hallway will you can go down and there can be some separation then certainly do that but don't hang around in the same area within feet of the other investigators while they're running their equipment. When you pay money to go to these things you expect to have some courtesy from the other people even if they are new at it things should be explained to them. The investigation was till 4:30 we left at 1:30 because of having to deal with the other people that were there. We were told when we were leaving that several other people had left also and I believe that's probably why. I hope from now on when they do the tours they will explain to the people that are knew how to conduct themselves while they are there. Would like to come back but maybe when it's a little bit warmer it was slightly chilly last night when the temperature outside was in the 30's but we did expect that

They do all night investigations but it normally requires a minimum of 10 people and normally ranges between 500 to 600 for a group
It depends on the tours or investigation. Investigations run $65/person. 3 hr tours are $35
I think you have to call and make a date when you want to go.
You can set up a daytime tour that's about 2 hours long and you can investigate a little on the tour..the $500 is for up to 10 people from 7pm-4am Sunday through Thursday..on Fridays and Saturdays it's actually $650 for up to 10 people. I've investigated at probably 25+ different places and Hillview is definitely worth it and active every single time I've been there, which has been about 13 times so far. The owner is very nice though so I would call her if I were you and try to set something up or go to one of the public hunts they have to test it out for yourself!☺☺
It was a great investigation. We gathered a lot of evidence. Evp's were great. Shadows, lots of unexplained noises. The hosts are awesome! Well worth the visit from central Ohio. ❤
