This was my 2nd time visiting Domino's in Du Quoin, IL. The first time I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and they forgot to put the Buffalo sauce on. I hate to leave a negative review over a single bad experience so I left it alone. This time they gave my order to someone else. It happens, no big deal. Here's the problem. No one there had a clue what they were doing. They were all more concerned with clearing their order screen before remaking my order. I waited over 30 mins in-store for my remake. Then to top it all off, they still got my order wrong! Holy moley do I feel bad for the owners. I managed a Domino's years ago and I can't imagine how much money they're hemorrhaging with a crew like that.
