My customer bought a vent free log kit to replace an old one that was to big for his room. The salesman offered him a product to fix the problem. When the installer installed the new kit, he told him that there is a problem and the technician has to come and fix the problem. The installer told him that he won’t be charge for the product until the issue is fixed. But the tech never show up or call. A weeks later he got a bill for the installation and the product that it doesn’t work. He tried to contact, but not lucky. This is a scam and really bunch of liars. He has another fire log sitting in his garage, another that it doesn’t work.

I changed my initial rating of one star to three stars. I gave them one star as it’s impossible to get a hold of customer service, and once I did reach someone, the guy I talked to seemed to have got his customer service training in the DMV. But once someone actually came on site for a service call, he was as super nice and very professional (Bill).
