Extremely rude lady on the phone with the GYN department. For the record, one was extremely nice, but after being transferred around for paperwork I landed back on the rude lady to schedule my appointment. When asking for a specific provider she refused, telling me i wouldn;t be a good fit. Then when trying to ask about the other providers and their clinical interests told me everyone's the same. Then by rushing me so much and getting me to reluctantly agree to see a different provider whom i never had a chance to research before, when i couldn't take the first suggested appointment time she went on to say "well I need to fill that slot" and zero care about my schedule. After this train wreck I just wanted to get off the phone to start looking for someone else, so I accepted the first appointment she offered knowing id just cancel the next day and got off. Now I will be cancelling and going elsewhere. First impressions are important and this place failed. This review does not reflect everyone in this building, since I did speak to two other ladies who were extremely patient and kind, but after being treated like such a number and with such disrespect I don't see how I could ever come here.

Pediatric department is wonderful. I can always get in same day for sick visits and even weekends. On site lab, xrays and pharmacy. Have been using this practice for 17 years.

The OBGYN department is amazing! I've been here my entire pregnancy and never have I seen so many amazing people in one place. The lab techs and front desk staff are also very kind and personable.

I belonged to this practice for over twenty years. They used to have really caring doctors, and eventually some retired and some left. Most that are left are incompetent, uncaring, compliant idiots. If you can pick a difference practice - do so, don’t waste your time here.

They do as far as I know. I used Tufts there years ago. Hopefully nothing has changed.
I would call first because I was under the impression that they only accept MassHealth if you were already an existing patient. But their policies might have changed so ringing ahead is always a good idea.
Hi Betsy, We are only licensed to provide pharmacy services to current Atrius Health patients.
I am sure that patients have access to the nurse hotline. Unsure if that reaches outside to others.
