They don’t take appointments or give time estimates, and they don’t even take your name or number when you drop off your car so you have to call them to find out if your car’s done (and half the time they don’t answer the phone). No waiting room to speak of. I dropped my car off to have the winter tires put on, and when I picked it up they’d put the summer tires back in the car without cleaning or bagging them - salt and sand all over the tires and my car seats. Yes they’re cheap, but it’s not worth the hassle. I won’t be going back.
