Baffled by how rude the staff is at this UPS. Seems like their goal is to have the least amount of people possible using their services, receiving everyone with a bad attitude. There was an older gentlemen trying to send a form and the man behind the counter looked at it and said “can you read this?” before sending him to the back of the line to fill it out again. It was very humiliating and not helpful. Passport support was also rude and not willing to have patience with a newborn who would not wake up for a photo. As an observer of all this, I was shocked at the poor quality of customer service. They need better salaries, better training or some sort of urgent change in people management because every time I visit this location I am mistreated and made to feel dumb for asking a simple question. Horrible experience.
