John was a tremendous help in finding my parents the perfect home. He listened and showed them a home that exceeded their expectations, not wasting time with homes that were not what they wanted. John assisted them every step of the way, they love their home and we are grateful to John for making it happen. Highly recommend.

From start to finish, John was extremely easy to work with. Very detailed, knowledgeable and quickly responsive with any and all questions and hurdles we had through the process of our recent home purchase.

John Bowen was very helpful and responsive during our recent search for a property on Cape Cod. He has great knowledge of the local market and was able to recommend good options in a thin market. Positive experience all around.

The drive from Cape Cod is 32 miles or about a 40 minute drive from the mid Cape Hyannis, MA
The Winters are generally mild but you can surely expect a cold snap that can last up to 1 or 2 weeks. The Summers are in the low to mid 80's with a Southwest breeze in the late afternoon. September on Cape Cod is considered the most pleasant time of year. However Spring is usually rainy, dank and in the low to mid 40's.
There are several services to and from Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. The year-round service is The Steamship Authority. There's also a seasonal service out of Hyannis, MA called Hy-Line Cruises. The Summer service out of Falmouth, MA that makes frequent trips throughout the day is either the Island Queen ferry service or to and from Edgartown, Martha's Vineyard is the Edgartown Ferry. Lastly there is a high speed ferry called Seastreak Ferries that travels from New Bedford, MA to and from New York City.
Yes, it's called the Cape Cod Gateway Airport. It has flights to and from Boston, New York and the Islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.
With nearly 600 miles of pristine beaches on Cape Cod, your sure to find some of the best in the world. Most are long narrow and sandy. Some will have a stony bottom at the coast and most will have some seaweed to contend with. Some of my favorite are Falmouth Heights Beach, Old Silver Beach in N. Falmouth. All of the National Seashore Beaches, Chapin Beach in Dennis, Sandy Neck Beach in Barnstable and Coast Guard Beach in Eastham.
