I love the impossible whopper. I am fully vegetarian because I am allergic to meat and I can tell that they don't cross contaminant and I can tell you it tastes like heaven. Also, I am pretty sure they clean off the grill before grilling the impossible whopper, if they didn't, I could tell because I would be sick. It is so good. We had a wait time, but it was worth it. My boyfriend loves their food. It is one of the few fast food places I can get actual food at with my allergies. I also love their fries. This is the only place I will order French fries from because I know they are fresh and unsalted.

They are very bad about getting the correct order. We had to go through three times before we got our ACTUAL Food order correct. The fires were terrible you could tell they don’t clean the machine. This place is anything but professional I am absolutely disgusting with the staff here.

Luck if the draw, I visited when the broiler was down. Waited 20 minutes in total. Into the wait, I was told the broiler was down and it would be a few minutes. No problem... the manager came over and told me it was still going to be sometime and I told him I was going to get a refund at that time. It was a notice that my burgers were ready to go so they loaded up the burgers. The only problem was they hadn't dropped my nuggets yet because everybody was so worried about everything else going on. I didn't ask for a refund, but wouldn't you kind of think in a situation like this, even if it's only $6 worth of food, that something would be done to make the situation better?

Person taking orders was not trained at all. She was nice, friendly but had to ask the person at drive thru everything! Very slow. Only two people filling orders, also very slow. Food was good and hot. Drinks were mostly carbonated water.
