I love Popeye's but this location is sliding down fast. I don't fault the workers at all, they're doing the best they can. It's management's fault! The place is busy so, money is coming in. Probably skimming some off the top ot pay for luxuries or vacations instead of fixing the A/C. Tenders are more like fingers! Could be a bit more spicy, but edible.

We picked up, drive-thru, chicken tonight at the Aurora (Rt59) Popeyes and couldn’t be more dissatisfied. First issue was we ordered Spicy and got regular (bland) chicken. We even asked to confirm that it was spicy as we were handed the order and the person at the window said yes, it was. Second issue, and the most disturbing issue, is that the cole slaw was slimy and way beyond its best by date… the texture was disgusting and the smell was nasty. Eat there at your own risk - county health inspectors should be alerted!! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

Wow that place was ghetto my chicken is cold. The drive-through is not a drive-through it's more of a sidewalk going around a building. Why would any company open up a place in that building? This restaurant really tells you how Popeyes operates I don't think I will ever go back to a popeye's again. Why in the h*** would you put a business in that building? Ridiculous

Avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other options in the area. They will take 40 minutes to fill your order, forget items and then when you get home and open your sandwiches there will be no sauce and half the skin will be ripped off. I am absolutely disgusted that I had to pay for this experience.
