You cant find a worse post office. Staff will ignore you and it feels like they deliberately try and waste everyone's time. They have had a few good people over the years but the good ones don't last, they seem to keep the slow pokes and rude people instead. If you can go to another location, definatley do it.

Terrible customer service. The men at the front desk has zero customer experience . Made appointment for my wife and kids to get their passport. As soon as we arrive he had attitude. He stated that he does not know if he’ll be able to help all of us. What, we made appointment. He did not care that we had a 5 year old with us. We got so frustrated and left. Do yourself a favor . Go somewhere else. I wish someone in this place care .

I have had so many issues with this post office. Went to get me and my daughters passport, the guy at the desk has no business being in a job that involves people/customers. I left and have to do it somewhere else. starting from when they stopped delivering my mail for over a year stating I moved even though I called then multiple times to fix the issue. The person I spoke with on the phone was also rude and condescending. No one ever bothered to fix the problem and I’ve missed many important mail. This should be illegal!!!
