Four hours for an alignment is just unacceptable. No sense of urgency, car sat in bay for 3.5 hours before it was looked at. Than took another half hour to cash out. Never again.

The service here is absolutely horrible! It’s almost impossible to put into words how bad this place is. The customer service could not possibly be any worse. The worker behind the counter disappeared for the first 25 mins I was there and at that time to workers were complaining about him disappearing and sw earing like tckers in the main lobby/office where there were atleast 6-7 people. Then when he decided to come back to work he just made multiple excuses as to why they were over booked innon every job to the point where he was turning away work. I have taken my vehicle here multiple times and never had this bad of service and that being said my vehicle should have been in there system but apparently not. Avoid this place like the plague unless you like waiting in long lines with lots of profanity in the background.

Ariana was such a big help this weekend! I came in today because my truck was shaking i thought it was my breaks. Her mechanics checkout out the breaks first and come to later find out I need tie rods instead of breaks. It was such a big help knowing my truck was in good hands❤️
