Horrible experience, Sent an email as I wanted a overhaul on my Briggs L0206, John responded and I went ahead and sent the engine. So here is the first problem, I specifically asked him "should I include the carb clutch and everything"? As well as address and payment method to which he responded only with address and payment method. I thought he may have just missed the email so I just sent it in. A week and a half later I ask him when the engine will be done as he said it would be around two weeks and I was just curious to make sure everything was ok, said it would ship end of that week beginning of next week, nope.... then had to call him that Friday after that second week to which he responded it will be ready Friday, nope. I sent 2 emails and called, once they get your stuff you are on their time and they don't care no response, I had to call them again to which John told me that I didn't send in the slide for the carb.... Well you don't even tell me what to send in and I would figure that as a company you would have some on your testing machines, then told it took awhile because of COVID-19 to get the slide for the car which I was never told to include, although I do find this skeptical as I ordered kart parts and shipping times were on time but oh well whatever I understand we are in tuff times. Then while I'm on the phone tells me that I hadn't given a credit card to pay....I was told they would send me an invoice when the engine was ready. Finally open the box, exhaust wasn't strapped down properly so it scratched the chain guard, my bigger problem is that their pathetic excuse to pack the engine is just newspaper which WAS WET WITH OIL/FUEL. I took pictures but don't know how to add them here. Bottom line is if you want horrible communication frustrating emails with no response then go here but no one in their right mind would do that I would think. I hate leaving reviews like this but the service is just plain unnaceptable and I can't tolerate knowing that other people could be their next "client". UPDATE: ENGINE DAMAGED AND SCRATCHED UPON ARRIVAL. Reported to BBB. They completely don't care and my engine is now scratched air filter destroyed and exhaust wrap ripped. Unnaceptable
