I usually dont leave bad reviews but I was very disappointed at the service I received today. There was a short woman working at the counter today wearing her hair in a bun, didnt get her name. She was very rude to me from the start. All I wanted was my package, USPS for some odd reason instead of delivering my package, decided to keep it at their office with NO EXPLANATION. I asked her to look for it in the office, I gave her my license, she went to look for it, came back rather quickly, which tells me she probably didnt even look for it, she kept asking me for the tracking # in a very rude tone, I told her I didnt have it and she just sat there and kept repeating I need the tracking #, I will never EVER go to this post office ever again, I told her to just send my package back and I left empty handed, management at this office should be very ashamed of themselves..

Personal and business bank information are constantly being left on a table or someone else's box vise versa in our place of business. Mail carriers are not reading the names or labels to scan mail that are clearly visible on the commercial mail boxes.

Yes. Passport hours are 9am to 2pm on Saturdays. Its 1st come, 1st served and very busy here on Saturdays. Be prepared to wait.
