I applied for a one bedroom in April and was given keys to a 2 bedroom. I wrote Cohen Esrey and complained to the Resident Manager and was told there were no 1bedrooms available. After I got moved in, I met people who moved in after me into 1 bedrooms! I was told I could move to a 1 bedroom after my lease was up. That didn't happen because they said they don't allow people to move into another unit. I moved out in August. Now they are suing me for 2 months rent when they had no intention of working with me. There have been at least 3 Resident Managers in the year I lived there. I have health inssues that they were aware of because I had surgery 2 months after moving in.
