Filthy place, over priced. Giles is a fraud. This is not a sufficient self defense studio.

Hands down, the best martial arts academy in the area. My kids have been going to it for 5 years now. They treat you like family and have an excellent curriculum.

Yes! They have a class called Hopkido which is more combat-like self defense training. I've seen many people in their 50s and higher in this class.
